The Knowledge Base is one of three self service tools included in the SLAM Management Control suite. Along with the Knowledge Base, there is an FAQ tool for and a Bulletin Board Module. Each allows you to enter your own information and publish it, on a permission basis, to those you wish to view it. This screenshot shows a few of the Knowledge Base entries already in the system and allows for the Administrator to update , view or delete them or to add a new entry. On the top right of every screen in the system is the Knowledge Base quick search box, which allow Staff and Users to search across the Knowledge Base entries using one or more keywords.
