SLAM Solutions is a group of software and IT professionals with experience in web-based Change Management Software, Help Desk Software and Plant Management Software products. Frustrated by experiences working for other software firms, SLAM was founded to create software that meets and exceeds clients' expectations without costly "customization charges" or "additional configuration". As such, our "target" at SLAM is as follows:

• Develop powerful, secure Change Management Software, Help Desk Software and Plant Management Software solutions that are straightforward for the user to administer.
• Provide courteous and responsive customer support.
• Listen and learn from our customers as our products and services evolve.
• Supply and support software that sells itself.

Members of Slam Solutions' development team have worked on solutions for some of the top businesses in the world, delivering software and web solutions to Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and small and mid-market corporations.

We are a minority-owned small business operating out of Las Vegas, Nevada and Bangalore, India. Solutions delivered include change control management, asset/inventory management, help desk management and a variety of business tracking systems.
