SATISFACTION SURVEY - OPTIONAL QA FOLLOW UP

Upon resolution of a help desk issue, staff can send out a Satisfaction Survey to the user to rate how the issue was handled. This can be done by email notification of when Users are logged into their console, they will have a link on their navigation menu which lets them take the survey. The survey feature is part of the Help Desk Control software, but can be hidden from users if it is a feature you do not care to utilize.
