BADDITIONAL FEATURES - BULLETIN BOARD

One of the additional features of SLAM's Help Desk Control is the ability to post Bulletin Board messages, so that your users can view announcements BEFORE they call the Help Desk. This can be set up as the first page a User sees when logging into the system.
