Change Update - View comments

For complete accountability and ease of use, SLAM's Change Management Control generates two logs: Comments and History. This screenshot displays the Comment log - detailing who, what, where and when. All information entered into the Activity/Comment field is logged here, date and time stamped with the login of the user. By default the first and last comments are always visible on the form, an arrow below this allows the Comment field to be expanded to display all comments associated with the Change.
