Searching for Changes - Look Up Form

SLAM'S Change Management Control Software gives the user the option of looking up changes in the system via quick search or by detailed look up. The Quick Lookup option at the top allows for the user to enter in any information that they know could bring up the change(s) they are looking for. This could be a category, a date, a change number etc. Detailed look up allows the user to drill down on specific field information and return a defined set of lookup results.
